Azuki bean better than Chocolate

Have you heard Azuki bean ?

Eastern Asian knows it but Japanese Azuki bean recipe is interesting.

I boil them for long time until bean skin become soft.

After that,I add sugar and a little salt.

I will get Azuki bean paste at last.

I believe Azuki bean paste is better than Chocolate,which is low fat.

I love "Taiyaki" very much !
